Welcome to EngineeringPaper.pro. By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the following End User License Agreement (EULA).
Use of EngineeringPaper.pro requires a valid license key. Upon your first installation, you are granted a 30-day trial period to evaluate the software. After 30 days, the application will cease to function unless a valid license key is provided. If you do not purchase a license key after 30 days, you must completely uninstall the software from all of your devices.
Each license is granted to a single, specific user and is non-transferable. As a licensed user, you may install and activate the software on multiple computers, provided you are the sole user of those installations.
Your purchase is a one-time payment (not a recurring subscription) that grants you a perpetual fallback license to use the versions of the software released during your active update period. Your initial purchase includes exactly one (1) year of access to new features, updates, and downloads.
Once your 1-year update period expires, you may continue to use the software versions released prior to your expiration date indefinitely. However, you will not be able to update to or use newer versions released after your expiration date without purchasing a license renewal to extend your update period.
EngineeringPaper.pro is a desktop application designed to protect your privacy. All calculations are performed entirely on your local machine. We do not use servers to process your worksheets, meaning your data is never transmitted to us. All files are saved locally on your computer.
Engineering Paper LLC retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the software. You are purchasing a license to use the software, not the software itself.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) modify or create derivative works based upon the software; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the software or your license key to any third party.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
In no event shall Engineering Paper LLC's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
